I found a interesting website pertaining to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).  The Act was design to protect growers and distributors of perishable goods.  Because fruits and vegetables  are an important aspect of our economy and the need for such goods to quickly circulate in the market before they go bad, Congress has enacted legislation to protect the growers of such crops.  The attorneys at the PACA Trust Attorney have created a website advising people of their rights and how to impose an constructive trust on goods that have not been paid for to protect the sellers of said goods.  It was really interesting.
